How long does the shipping take?

We usually try to ship within 48 hours from receiving an order. Within North America it usually takes from 1-2 days to up to 3 weeks. East coast customers get their orders within just a few days.

What shipping service do you use?

We use Canada Post, USPS and now, if you want faster and guaranteed delivery, UPS. Use "Add UPS To Cart" button if you want us to ship using UPS.

Free Shipping?

If a listing states Free Shipping it means the shipping within continental USA and Canada using expedited service by USPS or Canada Post is included in your order. Express or UPS service is extra.

International shipping?

Yes, we can ship internationally and non continental US. An extra invoice will be send to you after your order is placed. Contact us for a quote. Usually it's around $25-35 extra.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if you live in the GTA area, you can come by our office and pick up your order. You have to make a purchase first, and then make an appointment with us. Call: 647.501.4346.

If something is wrong with a gi or other product, can I return or exchange it?

Yes, within 30 days of your order. If you find something is wrong with a product, and you'd like to return or exchange, ship it back to us and we'll take care of you - exchange, repair or refund. Refund or exchange is performed on unused, never washed items only, no exceptions.

Are your gis preshrunk?

Yes. Our pearl weave STAMP model is 100% preshrunk, meaning that if cared for properly (cold wash and hang dry) the gi will not shrink. Our latest test and comments from others show that even after drying it in a dryer, Stamp hardly shrinks at all. Our gold weave Competition and Clean models are also very well preshrunk, but will shrink a bit - about 2%, and about an inch in the sleeves after few washes and dryers.
